Here’s a review you could post: In this day and age, it’s rare to find customer service as exceptional as what M&R Electric Co. provides. Eric was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything I need to get my outside a/c unit back running. What really stood out was his professionalism, helpful attitude, and genuine commitment to doing the job right. It’s refreshing to work with someone who clearly takes pride in their work and truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend M&R Electric Co., and especially Eric, to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and top-quality electrical service. Five stars all the way!

Had such a great experience with M & R that I had to leave a positive review. The condenser fan motor on my home’s air conditioner quit working on a 90 degree day. I knew what the problem was and had a part numbers ready. I just needed to find the motor in town, as I had no interest in trying unsuccessfully to sleep in that heat. After trying to contact 5 other HVAC suppliers in Dayton, I finally found M&R. The phone was answered pleasantly by Kelly who was sincerely helpful in determining if they had the replacement motor I sought. They had it in stock! When I arrived I was greeted by Gabe who got me squared away, but was uncertain about something so he asked Scott, who answered his question in a way that was educational and encouraging. He even explained it to me in a way that made perfect sense. Overall it was a fantastic experience after real frustration. The other places either put me through a ridiculous phone tree, answered and put me in endless hold, or went straight to voicemail. The folks at M&R got it so right, the customer experience was world class. Thanks to the folks there. My home is a comfy 70 degrees!

Glad someone told me about M&R Electric Motor Service. I was restoring a wood Jointer and couldn't get the motor to start. Needed a new capacitor I thought. But M&R was able to rebuild the whole motor to like new condition for less and all the mounts still worked and wouldn't need retooled. Their turnaround was days, not weeks and I could not be more happy with the results.
